Shipping information

In most cases an order is delivered within 2 days. Do you have specific wishes regarding the shipment, for example "when not delivering at home at neighbors" or "only delivering on Wednesday or Thursday" then there is the possibility to indicate this when ordering.

With every order we count the corresponding shipping costs. However, we do not charge shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium when choosing the shipping option of PostNL or (for Belgium) DHL.

Return or Exchange
If you have ordered something wrong, regret the order, or for any other reason, you can return or exchange the order under certain conditions.

Return shipments are accepted if the item is undamaged and unused and the original packaging and any sealing are also undamaged. Send the article including all accessories, back within 14 days accompanied by the original invoice / packing slip in a proper packaging.

If you return an item outside the conditions set, the payment obligation will not be canceled.
