What should I do if I have a complaint? Contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to find a solution together with you and to resolve the complaint within two days.

Always state your order number when making a complaint or request so that we can immediately retrieve your data. We will respond within 1 working day and try to find a solution together.

If we do not come to a satisfactory solution, you can contact the disputes committee thuiswinkel www.sgc.nl. Follow the procedure when filing the complaint.
