Terms and Conditions
By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our Terms and Conditions. GADGERS reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions in the interim.
Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled without payment of a fine and without stating reasons, if not yet sent within 24 hours after you place the order. We request you to create a ticket for this purpose under my account. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.
If you have already paid the canceled order, GADGERS will refund the paid amount within fourteen (14) days at the latest. If the order is canceled later, € 2.50 in administration costs will be charged.
Delivery takes place while stocks last. GADGERS strives to ship orders within 48 hours after receiving the payment. However, GADGERS is not obliged to do so. We ship free via PostNL.
The delivery deadline is 30 days after the order has been placed, with the exception of orders where the customer has indicated that he would like to receive it later. If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, the customer is informed about this in a timely manner and he has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
The prices mentioned in the articles are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are (unless otherwise stated) not included in the prices mentioned. Before the conclusion of the agreement the total price including shipping will be reported via our website.
GADGERS can not accept any liability for the consequences of typesetting, typing and / or programming or programming errors on the site or other publicity mailings, e-mailings or on the internet.
A contribution is charged for packaging and shipping costs. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.
Payment of your order is possible in one of the following ways:
You settle in your trusted payment environment and you are automatically redirected to your own internet banking page from your own bank. You can then directly transfer the amount of the order.
After your order you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page where you can transfer the amount. You can also pay with your credit card here. Due to the high costs of PayPal, we are forced to pass on costs of 3.5% of the total amount.
Prepayment on bank account
If you opt for prepayment, you will receive an e-mail with the correct bank details. Do not forget to mention the order number when making the payment. When we have received the payment we will send the order and you will receive a shipping message by e-mail.
Unless stated otherwise, after receipt of the order you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement by e-mail without giving any reason and to return the order within the same term. Any payments made will be returned within 14 days. There is no right to refund if the product has been used and / or damaged or the order has been opened and / or not returned in its original packaging. After the expiry of the 14-day approval period, the purchase agreement becomes a fact.
Reservation of ownership
The ownership of delivered products is only transferred if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to GADGERS on the basis of the agreement (s) concluded with respect to the delivered products.
Liability during shipment
We are not liable for loss or damage of the goods during shipment. You can insure this risk at extra cost. If you want to use this, please mention this with your order. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, we would like to hear this and will file a complaint with PostNL or the chosen Parcel Service.
GADGERS guarantees that the products delivered by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement and therefore guarantees the factory guarantee of the product delivered to you.
GADGERS reserves the right not to accept orders or orders without giving any reason.
Images and specifications
All images, photographs, drawings, data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the site of GADGERS are only approximate, are indicative and can not lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. It is not allowed to copy images and / or texts from the GADGERS site without our permission.
Return and exchange of items
We do everything we can to inform you about the articles via our website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned. Fill in a ticket (via your account) stating the order number and the products you want to exchange / return.
A number of conditions apply to returns and / or exchanges (hereafter: returns).
The items to be exchanged must be reported as return within 14 days of receipt at the delivery address via our ticket system.
The items to be exchanged must still be in the original state of shipment, be provided with attached labels and be returned in their original packaging.
Items that you have bought in the sale with a discount of 40% or more may only be canceled in accordance with Article View Term and can NOT be exchanged.
The items that have been reported for return must be returned to us at the delivery address immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the order. GADGERS only accepts returns that have been registered in the manner described above and for which the instructions indicated at registration have been followed. Returns that have not been registered or have not been submitted within the set term will not be accepted.
Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receipt of the article (s). In case of prepayment the amount of the returns will be credited by us.
It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from GADGERS. Please contact us as soon as possible, via the ticket system in your account or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint will initially be charged to the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is declared well-founded.
In the event of force majeure, GADGERS has the right to suspend, at its own option, the execution of a customer's order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, such by communicating this to the customer in writing, without this being necessary. GADGERS is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the circumstances to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Applicable law and competent court
Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions.
